SInce 1975, Jim has been active in real estate in Kitchener Waterloo. Born and raised in Kitchener, Jim has devoted the majority of his life to helping his friends and family make wise real estate investment decisions. With experience in mortgage brokering, managing properties, and teaching the real estate courses, Jim’s background has led to invitations to serve on a number of professional committees in the Kitchener Waterloo Real Estate Board.
On his time away from business (available 24-7- what time away?), Jim likes to play hockey with the KW Oldtimer’s Hockey League. Jim loves to scuba dive and golf, when he and Janet have the opportunity to get away. Always with a love for life, Jim enjoys what he does and where he lives. Ever the traveler, Jim always likes to return home to KW.
